How do I order on your site?
  1. Navigate to the page where the product you want is located.
  2. Use the drop-down menus and text boxes to personalize your frame
  3. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your cart.
  4. From the shopping cart page, follow the instructions to complete your
    order.

What if the options on the order page aren't enough to tell what I want?
You can fill out the comment boxes provided during checkout.  Or you can
send us an email before you order, so that we can guide you through the
process, and ensure that you get exactly what you want.  
  

Can I order by phone?
Our customer service staff would be happy to help you in any way. Our
business hours are 9am–4 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through
Friday. Or leave us a message and we'll get back to you the next business
day.

How can I be sure that my frame will look just how I want it to?
Within 1 business day of placing your order, we will create a digital
representation of your frame and send it to you through the email address that
you provided.  Look closely at this image!  
Make sure:
everything is spelled correctly.
the font size is correct.
the placement is correct, including how far the text extends into the
photo area.

Once we receive confirmation from you on this image, we will begin your
frame.  Again, make sure to check this closely, as once we complete the
etching on your frame, we no longer offer refunds on your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my frame?
Once we receive confirmation from you on the digital mock-up of your frame, it
usually takes 2 business days before your frame is completed.  From then, the
time it takes to get to you depends on the shipping option you chose.
